Our recent September meeting took the form of a very enjoyable social get-together at the Rifles museum in Salisbury Cathedral Close. We'd hoped to arrange this earlier in the year, but had to abandon those plans during Covid lockdown. As it turned out, we were lucky this time with both the weather and the latest regulations, which mean that, for now, this was the last day a social gathering like could take place.

Suzy, our wonderful events secretary had organised everything in her usual capable way, and Sharon (and Daphne) had spent many hours baking delicious cakes, which we evidently much appreciated. It was a great opportunity to meet up and catch up with other beekeepers again, and a chance for everyone to see our new training apiary.
